All guestbooks and prints are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked delivery. Each order comes in a protective cellophane packaging and then bubble wrapped to avoid any risk of damage in transit.
Orders can be refunded in the event a guestbook or print arrives damaged or a replacement illustration will be offered if the level of damage is deemed significant.
